Rapid Growth And Future Prospects
From its humble beginnings in 2019, the company has blossomed, with 12 dispensaries peppered across Michigan. It has managed to surge its revenue from a modest $7.3 million to a remarkable projected $150 million in 2023. Riding this wave of success, Puff Cannabis is gearing up to launch an additional 5 to 10 locations within this year.
Cultivating A Unique Work Environment
"I decided that I wanted to create an amazing and unique environment for our employees that is unparalleled in the Cannabis Industry," stated Justin Elias, president and founder of Puff Cannabis, according to Metro Times. "The space will be a modern and fun environment, keeping up with the Puff lifestyle and feel that you get with each one of our retail stores."
Elias further highlighted the strategic location of the new headquarters, underscoring its accessibility and convenience in servicing their extensive network of Michigan outlets. The company’s commitment to a vibrant, innovative workplace is evident in his words.
Largest Cannabis Company HQ In The U.S.

Commitment To Sustainability And Development
As a testament to their dedication to sustainability and commitment to local economic development, Puff Cannabis is investing over $1 million in renovations, employing eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient lighting, and solar panels. JV Design Group of Bloomfield Hills is steering this project, with an anticipated completion date set for January 2024.
Setting A New Industry Standard?
