The worst performing industries in the market today are: Foreign Utilities: This industry slipped 3.4 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was CPFL Energia S.A. (ADR) CPL, which fell 3.2 percent. CPFL Energia shares have dropped 14.31 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has declined 3.47 percent in the same period. Sporting Goods Stores: This industry declined 1.1 percent by 11:00 am with Dicks Sporting Goods Inc DKS moving down 2.3 percent. Dicks Sporting shares have declined 18.94 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 3.47 percent in the same period. Drugs Wholesale: This industry fell 0.9 percent by 11:00 am ET. McKesson Corporation MCK shares dropped 1.6 percent in today's trading. Aradigm shares have dropped 24.24 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 3.47 percent in the same period.
