  • Terran Orbital Corporation LLAP shares declined 14.8% to $1.21 in pre-market trading after the company priced its previously announced public offering of 23.2 million shares and warrants to purchase up to 23.2 million shares at a combined public offering price of $1.40 per share and accompanying warrant.
  • Equinox Gold Corp. EQX shares slipped 10.3% to $4.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported a bought deal offering of convertible senior notes.
  • Better Home & Finance Holding Company BETR shares declined 4.5% to $0.6305 in pre-market trading after gaining around 4% on Monday.
