Doug Kass tweeted that he is buying a bevy of financial names. He said that his new buys are General Electric GE, KKR Financial Holdings LLC KFN, SLM Corp SLM and American Express AXP. Kass is a notorious bear, and is contributor to CNBC, as well as TheStreet.com.
